Qvis Lighting & Security Ltd are a leading supplier of CCTV equipment and LED lighting products. Due to expansion, we are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Ecommerce Admin to become a key player in our growing eCommerce team.

You will be responsible for content management, maintenance, analysis, configuration and support for our company websites. You will help maintain the product information on our website and support site users by optimising their experience on-site.

Skills Required

Day-to-day Responsibilites

• • Product management
• • Liaise with technical, sales and marketing teams regarding product updates
• • Collate product information
• • Upload products to websites
• • Tiered pricing
• • Product descriptions
• • Technical specifications
• • Meta Information for SEO and CTR - Title, Meta Description
• • Upload product images
• • Image optimisation using Kraken
• • Image alt text, description and filename optimisation
• • Product attachments
• • Spec sheets
• • Software and firmware
• • Manuals and guides
• • Product videos
• • Related products - up-sell and cross-sell products
• • Manage categories and layered navigation
• • Moderate customer product reviews
• • Manage store locator changes - installer/wholesaler/showroom maps
• • Complete website audits to maintain and update product details on the website
• • Ability to use data analysis to suggest improvements

Requirements:

• • Proficient use of Microsoft package (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
• • Auditing skills, with a keen attention to detail a must
• • Basic HTML, CSS and experience using CMS - Magento 2 ideally
• • Use Jira Service Desk for project management
• • Effective communication skills - both written and oral
• • Responding in a timely, professional and friendly manner
• • Training will be given where required
