Hours of work: Mon - Fri, 9:00am - 17:30pm

Position Overview

Working within our UK Head Office you will have opportunity to join the customer support team, within this role you will be assisting our customers via telephone, email queries and technical advice of our product range.


Role / Responsibilities
  • • Dealing with incoming calls, web chat, electronic ticketing and emails on technical problems and queries
  • • Logging details of incoming calls and emails received, passing on feedback to relevant departments
  • • Extending and updating knowledge of products, technical specifications of product range and Qvis app
  • • Provide or assist customer demonstrations and installations
  • • Attend client meetings, company events and exhibitions as a representative when necessary
  • • Support in Repairs, Training and Sample testing when necessary
  • • Visiting clients and sites to provide demonstrations of products and support with technical knowledge

Personal Profile
  • • Proven customer service experience on the telephone, electronic communication and face to face
  • • Calm approach, enthusiasm and positive attitude
  • • Understand basic IP network setup
  • • Experience of computer packages MS Office, SAP
  • • Organisational skills and the ability to pay attention to detail
  • • Ability to work as part of a team
  • • Full training will be given

Desirable Skill
  • • Previous experience with Analogue and IP CCTV
